Creating a Final Prototype and Sourcing Materials

Creating a Final Prototype and Sourcing Materials

It's been a long and rocky road to get here, but we're finally at the point where I believe we have a final prototype almost done. With each prototype, we have received lots of useful feedback from our friends and family. And we're now hard at work to complete what I think will be the final one.

There are so many considerations to take into account when it comes to creating a product. In our case there are many details to consider when sourcing materials. Where to source from? Is it sustainable? Is it reliable? What type of fabric? Is it durable? With fabrics alone there are so many different choices and characteristics that can enhance or degrade the quality of a product. We've thought up Nosh Concept with the old adage that things should be made to last. Being a functional lunch bag means it needs to contain inevitable messes and be washable at the same time. But why should this compromise on style? We don't think it should! That's why we've paid close attention to material type and style to provide the best of both options. Nosh Concept is about bringing you the best experience, without compromising on choosing the materials that will make up our bags.

Besides material quality, there are manufacturing and logistical issues that are still in the works. We have started working with a US based manufacturer to make sure everything is in place and that we are on the same page regarding design and craftsmanship.

More on that to come.
